Editor’s Note – Why XPMarkets Suck in 50 Words

If you are looking for a binary options broker, and I guess that’s most of our readers visit this website, before reading these broker’s reviews you should understand what does the trading technology has to offer to you, as a trader. XPMarkets, unfortunately, is quite limited when it comes to trading tools and options.

Why XPMarkets Doesn’t Suck in 50 Words

The Tradologic trading platform is a very user friendly one. Both beginners and experienced traders could switch easily and adapt to this platform. The only downside, as mentioned above, is the limited extras.

XPMarkets Full Review – Limited Trading Technology

XPMarkets Binary Options broker, launched on late 2011, is based on the smooth binary options trading technology of Tradologic platform. XPMarkets is of course a 100% web based platform so there’s no need to download any software to your computer. XPMarkets trading platform is quite simple – The only trading options available are High\Low, Range trading and Touch option for weekends, not to mention the absence of any trading tools. User interference on the other hand is very smooth, the charts are visible and clear and the overall trading experience seems comfortable and very easy to use. That’s a common problem with Tradologic trading platforms- they are very easy to use, but also very limited. The whole Binary Options trading experience on XPMarkets is pretty basic, unmatched with todays trading technology and the extensive variety of trading options and trading tools available for the traders. XPMarkets must upgrade their trading platform if they want to attract potential binary options traders. Traders today have many review sites and enough information to choose a broker who provides the right set of tools for any trader. The profits at XPMarkets are average high, 75-85% for in-the-money, so why not leveling up the trading tools? XPMarkets are quite fresh after all, so there’s much to expect from this binary options broker. team will keep monitoring XPMarkets progress.

Is XPMarkets a Scam?

One of the most popular trader’s complaints regarding binary options brokers is the “different price” issue. Some brokers, such as XPMarkets, are presenting different prices then those presented in Reuters, Leverage, etc. those prices are the prices that XPMarkets are willing to offer on certain assets, but they are not the actual values presented by major quotes suppliers. Many traders seem to miss this information, therefore losing their money and protesting about a potential scam. Traders who use professional trading charts and other financial tools may see different prices to the same assets on XPMarkets trading platform. In my opinion, the difference between the actual quotes and those presented by XPMarkets is not fair, but there’s nothing illegal about it. Traders must be aware of this issue, and decide for themselves whether they want to trade with brokers like those. Anyhow, I don’t see any reason why XPMarkets are a Scam.

XPMarkets Complaints made their best efforts, but they couldn’t find any comments what so ever regarding XPMarkets. There are currently not enough traders talking about XPMarkets online, we recommend conducting a simple Google search for XPMarkets complaints, scam, fraud etc, before choosing a broker.

XPMarkets Ratings

 User Friendly 11/20

XPMarkets is 100% web based TradoLogic platform, so there’s no need for any software to be downloaded to the PC. The website homepage is clean and organized. In the trading area a trader can chose between a 4 assets view and a single asset view. The overall trading experience and user-interference is good, but the best. The FAQ and Glossary are horrible. XPMarkets is only available in English and French.

No. of Assets and Expiry time 7/20

Total of 33 Assets: 10 stocks, 11 currencies (forex), 4 commodities, 7 indices and one Bond. XPMarkets lacks selection of assets and expiry times. Overall 33 assets and only half hour to a couple of hour’s expiry times are just not enough to be compared to an average of 50 assets per broker in binary industry.

Commissions, Support and Effective return 10/20

XPMarkets don’t charge any fees or commissions from investors when they initially deposit or purchase options. Some necessary information including the fees for withdrawal is missing. XPMarkets support is only available via E-Mail. The live chat is not helpful. The effective return is among average high- between 65%-81% with an average of 75% In-The-Money return for most assets, while the Out-of-Money refund is good- 0-10%.

Deposit, Payment and Bonus 12/20

XPMarkets Minimum deposit is average – 200$. Deposit is available via C.C. or Wire transfer, MoneyBookers and more. Withdrawals are not limited to a minimum. As mentioned above, some information regarding withdrawals, fees and methods are missing, it is recommended to contact support before deposit.  XPMarkets offer a bonus of up to 50%, for other promotions contact support.

Website Extra’s 9/20

XPMarkets offer their clients a simple Digital striking price option, Range and Touch options, plus trading tools such as the rollover and close now. That’s very average selection of extras. From the learning aspect, XPMarkets education is below average.

XPMarkets rating: 49/100

xpmarkets is a scam man. I can’t withdraw money from them. I made the requirement trading volume and still can’t receive the money.
Don’t trade xpmarkets, this broker is a scam.

Have anybody an idea how can I receive money from them?

    • Onix

I can’t take my money back from XPmarkets. XPMARKETS IS SCAM! I already contact the Police and Fraud on Internet Service from my country. Maybe I won’t get any money from them, but I hope Police will do something about this! XPmarkets IS SCAM!!!

XP Markets is a definite scam. I tried to withdraw $200 from my account with them last year in December and am still waiting for it. They do not reply to any of the several e-mails I sent them. The telephone numbers they give on ther site do not exist, and the lady on their live chat “Betty” is the same lady who is on another scam site OptiMarkets with whom I am having the same problem. Do Not deposit any money with both of them.

  2. busta

Agree with ariol. Total scam. Tried to withdraw some funds. Was told to verify my ID by sending passport, proof of address and scan of card I paid deposited with. Then told me I didn’t have enough funds in to withdraw and I would have to make another deposit to withdraw any money!!

An absolute joke. I’m in touch with the FSA and other agencies about this. These con artists cannot be allowed to get away with this.

Agree entirely with both ariol and busta and my exchange with them is identical to busta’s. Furthermore, I have been trading for 20 year and am aware of market movement – but every trade I got into fell out of the money at the last second so I believe that the ARE THEY A SCAM introductory sentence above: “the difference between the actual quotes and those presented by XPMarkets is not fair,” is behind a good number of losing trades. Which of course, changes your actual returns ratio to something far worse. After all the hoops and delays they’ve put me through when I’ve tried to withdraw my money, I can not imagine me adding enough money to my account to be able to withdraw my remaining funds (throwing good money after bad) will actually help me get my money out, so I am screwed. DO NOT get involved with assholes who aren’t going to treat you and your money fairly. I am VERY interested in anyone who knows how to go after them!!

I also believe that this company is a scam. I have tried to get my money back from them, but they totally ignore my emails. I should have checked the web before opening an account with them. That was my own fault. However, I have been doing some research on them and I found an advisory warning on the Financial Conduct Authority website. XP Markets Ltd is NOT NOT NOT authorised to carry out business in the UK. Here is the link to the advisory warning
XPMarkets Lts is NOT NOT regulated or authorised to carry on business in the UK

XP ,s phone line always seems to have a fault on it, they do not respond to e.mails & there online chat is a joke. Is there any way of finding out where they are based, have a feeling they may be abroad.

i am fed up with these people from xpmarkets, they contacted me by phone many times telling me that i need to withdraw my money as i had 340 euros, instead of that they did took the same amount 2 times from my visa card.
they sent me many emails saying that the operation has been cancelled and that they will pay me back my money which is now 1020 euros and since than its black out, they dont reply to my mails.
can you please tell me if there is a way of taking them to court.

I agree with all of you. How do we report them and get back our money?

  10. Terry

They are very quick to contact you when you open an account and they are very helpfull so it makes you feel comfortable and you put in some money, thinking, surely these people I spoke to wouldn’t be try to con me. It has a nice website, it seems all very professional, but IT IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
From the time that I have tried to withdraw my money it has been ipossible to get in touch with them. The phone number and email of my so-called adviser do not work anymore and the helpline is a dead end too.
Thankfully I had only put in the min imum of £300.
This is not just my opinion, on every forum I have found about it there are dozens of people to whom it has happened.
