Editor’s Note- Why does Global Option Suck in 50 Words

There’s some a little too simple, maybe just unattractive, about GlobalOption trading platform. There are very few trading options, not to mention trading tools. Compared to other platforms, GlobalOption’s trading platform is a bit lacking.

Why GlobalOption doesn’t Suck in 50 Words

From my experience, GlobalOption’s trading platform represents the beginning of Binary Options. Simple call/put options with fine returns, only very simple strategy is required. Beginners might enjoy learning trading on that kind of platform, but they can also learn it in many other places.

Global Option Full Review- Still looking for trading tools

Global Option is operated by WGM Services Ltd since 2010. Global Option is based on Ez Trader platform which is a 100% web based so there’s no need for any software to be downloaded. The homepage is quite simple, with no extras or over information, clean and organized. The asset list available to trade is shown directly in the landing page, but unlike most other Binary Options Brokers, the assets are divided into different groups: currencies, commodities, indices, EU-US-Asia stocks and long term asset. It took me awhile to understand and to find exactly the asset I want to trade, but overall it seems like a nice idea which could be easier to use with some slight adjustments. Why does Global Option Suck? Because it has nothing real to offer a trader, beginner or expert, young or old, risky or boring. Absolutely nothing. I find Global Option not recommended for any trader. From the first look at the asset list, I couldn’t find any charts and history. The only option to view some details about the asset is to press to asset tab and then you’ll see the Yahoo Finance information about the asset. That’s totally un- comfortable and unprofessional. Not only that there’s no information about the asset in Global Option website, there’s no live news feed, no market news, no nada. Now that’s only my first look. When I kept digging I couldn’t have not noticed that there’s no complete asset index and the glossary is fairly un-satisfying. I can be even crueler and talk some trash about the FAQ section tragedy, as every click on a question links the viewer into another page, and if you want to go back to questions area you have to backspace (such an unnecessary link), but I’d rather stop here since I’m not an animal. I’m just an unsatisfied costumer.

Is GlobalOption a Scam?

I finished the last paragraph talking about issues that are usually linked with learning Binary Options. So I want to start this paragraph with a dismay- Global Option tutorial sucks. I don’t know if the worst I have seen, because I’ve seen some bad tutorial, but this one is certainly top 3 at worst tutorials ever. Global Options tutorial is basically a written article with a few photos and expiations about trading, nothing more. Forget about learning Binary Options with Global Option. I don’t know where Global Option is headed. I really don’t see any reason why should I recommended anyone, not even my enemies, to trade with them. I did notice the great expiry time which are above the average for most brokers- you can for hours, days or even a week. Now that part made me even more suspicious about Global Option intentions- is Global Option Scam? Maybe they play with traders? If I had no idea what Binary Options are, and I had fallen into Global Option scam and made a deposit, foolishly, I’d probably be thinking that this game is nice, very much like sports gambling. But be warned- Binary Options isn’t anything like sport betting. It’s much more sophisticated and should be treated this way. Global Option is trying to make a fool out of us, investors. But I can say for any Binary Options trader once and for all- We want more! We want statistics and information so we can make a calculated investment. Global Option doesn’t give trader what they need, and that’s really the best I can say about them.

Global Option Complaints

Binaryoptionsthatsuck.com always recommends potential traders to perform a simple background check before depositing. It’s simple, just type broker name and complaints, scam, alerts, etc. Search for any comments and try to learn from them. We searched for GlobalOption complaints and here is what we found – We found one very bothering complaint in a few forums, some people a warning about a potential GlobalOption scam. It could be their competitors, but worth checking.

GlobalOption Bonus

Bonus is quite big at GlobalOption, up to 50% bonus for initial deposit. However, the wager for the bonus is fair – only 5 * deposit + bonus.

GlobalOption Withdrawal

When it comes to withdrawal, most review sites just don’t talk about it. Bots.com always checks out withdrawal restrictions. The withdrawal policy at GlobalOption is a little blur, we couldn’t find sufficient info. Check it out before depositing.

Global Option Ratings

Since 2010. Trading Assets- 55 trading Assets. Minimum Deposit -200$. Payment- Credit cards, moneybookers. Options Profitability- 70%-81%. Out of money option refund-0-10%. Platform: EZ Trader. Languages- English. Demo- NO.

 User Friendly 11/20

Global Option is 100% web based EZTrader platform, so there’s no need for software to be downloaded to the PC. The trading area is the site’s landing page; the design is clean and organized. The downside is the lack of information about assets, which simply doesn’t exist. The glossary and FAQ aren’t welcoming, and the tutorial one word is- lame. Oh and, only English please.

No. of Assets and Expiry time 15/20

Total of 55 Assets: 31 stocks, 9 currencies (forex), 4 commodities, 11 indices. Global Option variety of assets is average and sufficient, and there’s an extra future options option that stretches the expiry time from between hours to one week. The future option is a refreshing trading tool.

Commissions, Support and Effective return 11/20

Global Option Don’t charge any fees or commissions from investors when they first deposit or purchase options. Global Option support is available via 2 international numbers in the USA and UK (Only English), call back or via email. The live chat service was a bit slow but polite, available 24/7. The effective return is among the average in the industry with 70%-75% In-The-Money return for most assets, while the Out-of-Money refund is between 0-10%, mostly 5%.

Deposit, Payment and Bonus 11/20

Global Option Minimum deposit is average – 200$. Deposit is available via C.C., or moneybookers. Withdrawals are not limited to a minimum withdrawal .Withrwalas are generally available via C.C, moneybookers or wire transfer. Global Option offer a bonus of up to 35% for 700$ deposit, but only 14% bonus for 500$, which is usually the minimum for bonus.

Website Extra’s 8/20

Global Option doesn’t really have any special or extra feature, expect maybe of the sentiment bar, which shows where most investors do (Call/Put percentage), but that’s about it.

Global Option rating: 56/100

Whatever you do stay away from this site. I got an e-mail about trading and global options was one of the editors choice it was my first time trading so decided to give this a try I deposit money into my account. I read the frequent questions and it stated I coup withdraw my money without any minimum limits so I quickly figured this wasn’t for me so I tried to withdraw my cash but they have refused to repay me I’ve sent them numerous e-mails but I just keep getting the same e-mail them that says all of my banking information. I called on the phone with the category that handles withdrawals had a error message when the key pressed. I had to connect to another department to speak to someone from global options after calling a couple of times on a few of days I soon realized that the website is run by one person. He told me that he could not refund my money because my bank did not allow it, yeah right okay, like this is the first time I’ve got a refund from something I purchased online. After a brief argument he said I would have my money by Monday it is Monday and still nothing. So if any of you are thinking of trading with this company think again global options is unprofessional, unethical, untrustworthy. And they must be scum if they were willing to steal, yes i said STEAL a measly hundred dollars from a honest customer.

    I deposited $100 with GlobalOption.com in May 2012.
When I tried to withdraw $1200 on June 25,2012 they first said that they didn’t get my bank information. Then they said they had the information and that I would have my money soon. It has now been 13 business days and my withdrawal is still pending. When I call their number I am told that I will have it soon. Is anyone being paid ?

I also deposited money in a new account at Global Options. Tried to do $100 but was told $300 was the minimum amount to begin trading. After quickly losing $50, I decided this was NOT what I’d been told it was, (by another online scam artist: Thomas J. La’Rouque) and went through the process of withdrawaling my money. They wanted me to download a form and submit it by fax or email with my ID and credit card image included, (credit card all but the last 4 numbers were covered). They’ve sent numerous compter-generated emails saying my withdrawal would be processed “in 3 days, OR LESS.” It has now been almost two weeks and nothing. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone or Live Chat, even though they claim to be able to be contacted “virtually anytime.” This company is a complete SCAM and I implore EVERYONE to have NO DEALINGS WITH IT WHATSOEVER!!!!

I have problems getting my withdrawal. I have waited for 6 months now. I have sent them 6 reminders. Is my funds lost?

Remember this, they send email to you as from: “support@globaloptions.com”

But you cannot reply back with the same email address. You will then only receive an error delivery message.

The right mail address to use when contacting them: “support@globaloption.com”
    (Without the “s” before -.com)
    I’m still awaiting my funds.
