Full Review of TradeThunder Binary Options Educational Resources

TradeThunder – New Broker Powered by Leverate BX8

TradeThunder was founded in 2015 and is powered by the very new Leverate BX8 platform. It is a thunder fast platform that you’ll have a blast trading there and, on top of that, the terms and conditions are honest and straight forward. The website itself looks fresh and well-designed and you will have no problem locating the education center. Clicking on education tab leads you directly to an area with very eye-catching pictures that make you want to find out more! The question remains, is the education center any good? Read on to find out.

What Kind of Education Does TradeThunder Provide?

I went straight to the video center where the “cartoonish” thumbnails were tempting me into clicking on every video. The titles are appealing, they explain subjects like technical analysis, strategies, fundamentals, trading psychology and many more. On the downside, only one free video is available per category, the rest require registration. Two e-books can also be found here but you can only read up to 12 pages of each and then have to sign up to gain access to the rest. Sign up is free and easy, the videos are almost worth it but they don’t go into that much depth.

The economic calendar is a good resource for the traders and TradeThunder offers one. I like the fact that you can choose which assets you want to view in the calendar and can filter based on their impact rate. There is a trade button that appears when you click to read more info about each news. This takes you right into the platform so you can place your positions directly. However, I would have preferred to have this calendar inside the platform itself.

Except for the FAQ section that can be found here, there are three other categories worth mentioning in the education center. These are “What are binary options?”, “why trade binary options?” and “how to trade binary options?”. They explain in short but consist writing what binary options are and what their benefits are. There are unfortunately no illustrations in either of the sections to increase my excitement and nothing more than a very basic description of a product.

One perk, there is supposedly more coming soon. They say additional material is about to be added to the education center. One of them is webinars and the other is a strategy guide. Both seem interesting and a webinar is always welcomed. If you are new to trading you can find decent information regarding account types, deposits, withdrawals and payment methods under the banking section. Everything is explained step by step in detail so you will know exactly how to proceed.

Finally and perhaps the most useful part of the educational material there is a free and no-deposit demo account for training purposes. Since this platform and broker is new and unique it is excellent to have the chance to practice before going live. With $1000 in virtual balance, it is a good start towards your journey as a trader.

TradeThunder’s Education, does it Suck or not?

The efforts are good for a broker that launched just a few months ago. I have seen brokers that have been in this business for several years not having an education center as near as good as TradeThunder’s. It is obvious that the work of creating a more complete education center is going in the right direction and TradeThunder is not finished yet. TradeThunder adding strategy guides and offering upcoming webinars we can conclude that this will become a helpful resource for traders seeking advice prior to their trading.
