My Overall Impression with BinaryUno Live Chat
The chat with BinaryUno representative was not as good as I expected and didn’t follow the usual conversation practices as I expected from my previous experiences with other chats. Maybe the problem was that I contacted him late at the evening but he was not open to communicate a lot and many times attempted to forward me to phone call with broker representative. He told me he is from technical department and after this statement answered my questions only with few words or told me he doesn’t have that kind of information. This is ridiculous, especially for very basic and simple questions I have prepared. I am not satisfied with this conversation, but maybe I just didn’t find the right person from BinaryUno to talk with.
