My Overall Impression with AskOption Live Chat

Well, I had never felt such a strong objection to my questions while doing a live chat with a broker representative. I have to admit that this is the first time and it is unique. Not very sure what’s the reason behind not answering any of my questions and trying to make me call their broker so pushy but the impression was bad and nobody in the world would like to collaborate with such a broker. I am trying to search for a reason of AskOption representative behavior. Maybe it was too late and their regular contact team was not online, maybe it was just a chat bot which I doubt, but at the end it is definitely a bad marketing tactic.
