10Trade Trader’s Education Review – As Good as 10Trade Itself?

Full Review of 10Trade’s Binary Options Educational Material

10Trade was founded in 2014 but despite their short time as binary options providers they are already approved and regulated by CySec and FCA. The platform is based on SpotOption, a very common and top notch platform provider which makes ladder options as well as many other advanced forms of binary trading. 10Trade offers demo accounts which is a huge bonus, no pun intended, but does not accept US traders. According to our research and review, 10Trade is a good broker but just how good is their education center?

What Kind of Education Does 10Trade’s Provide?

The Education center consist of the following tabs; platform introduction, Binary Options, advanced courses and the trading e-Book. You’ll find most of the education under the platform introduction tab. There are two main categories in the introduction, beginners and advanced. In beginners section there are 7 different lessons where all the basics are explained through short video clips. These videos will teach you about binary options in general, the art of trading, how to control your emotions, money and risk management and more. The advanced section includes 8 different lessons. Here you can learn about passive and aggressive trading which are two money management related strategies. Market analysis, trends, support and resistance and candlestick education are also explained in this section. Unfortunately, in order to gain access to any of these videos you need to sign up to the 10Trade platform but you don’t have to deposit.

At the left bottom on the main site you will find further education on how to use “One Touch Options”, Pair trading, short term and other types of options available on the platform. This information is only given in plain text but they are short and consist so you can get through them quickly. These help support the ebook which is above average in my opinion. The e-book does not require registration and it provides plenty of good to know material for any beginner. This book is pretty common among the brokers but not every broker makes it available without registration. Ongoing education, important news and information on fundamentals are covered under the Market Review tab. There is a calendar here where you can see all the important upcoming economic events. You can select a date and read reviews of the latest and most important news as they happen.

10Trade has a very well organized and informative FAQ, an often overlooked section when brokers build out their websites. The questions are categorized in sections like: trading, support, platform, open account and deposit and contain answers to most of the relevant questions. For example, if you have a question regarding a binary options tool, you should look it up under the “Trading” tab.

10Trade’s Education, Does it Suck or Not?

The education center looks appealing due to being well-organized and a nice design. I’m happy to see more videos than just plain boring text and I don’t think it is such a big problem that I have to register before I can view them. I mean, if you are going to trade with 10Trade then you have to register anyway! However, I still believe that 10Trade can improve their education center by adding more valuable information. They are after all still a very new broker. Their progress so far is impressive and I am sure it can only get better from here. If you still have questions you can’t find an answer to, try their live chat which was very helpful and polite!
